Megha Shah, Shaw Chicago, reached out to her local CBRE PJM leader to find out who leads the Project Management team for CBRE's Landlord business. The PJM team is referred to as Investor Project Management (IPJM) group.  Megha met with the IPJM team who then introduced her to the Property Management team. She now is establishing building standards & working with the architect or record. Great example of how networking and staying with the lead can lead to wins.
